1. Access to the P&G Good Everyday Reward Shop

1.1 P&G Good Everyday Club Reward Shop

The P&G Good Everyday Reward Shop (“Reward Shop”) is part of the reward program of  The Procter & Gamble Company, One Procter & Gamble Plaza, Cincinnati, Ohio, United States of America, 45202; (hereby referred as “CLIENT”). The use of the Reward Shop is exclusively for eligible P&G Good Everyday members (“MEMBER or MEMBERS”) who are aged 18 or older, and who can enter into legally binding agreements. The rules relating to the use of the Reward Shop are set out below and should be read in conjunction with the P&G Good Everyday Club Terms of Use. 

1.2 Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

"By accessing the Reward Shop website (“Site”) or any website linked to the Site and making transactions through the Site, specifically by clicking the "I AGREE" and/or similar buttons, you expressly indicate your acknowledgment and acceptance of the rules applicable to the Reward Shop and the Reward Shop Privacy & Cookies Policy. "

1.3 Acceptance of Electronic Communication

You may receive email service communications, including but not limited to redemption confirmation emails and gift card redemption information, and you agree that such electronic communications satisfy any legal requirements that such communications be in writing. Service communications cannot be opted out of and therefore if you do not wish to receive these communications, you will need to delete your account and you will not be able to fully redeem P&G Good Everyday Club Rewards Points (“POINT or POINTS”).

1.4 Redemption Types & Rewards

You can redeem POINTS in accordance with the following redemption types: Gift Cards, Donations and Experiences.

1.5 Relationship between You and the Merchant

The rewards consist of any goods or services redeemed by you and distributed by independent merchants who make available such rewards directly to you via the Reward Shop.The rewards consist of any goods or services redeemed by you and distributed by independent merchants who make available such rewards directly to you via the Reward Shop.

Every time you redeem a reward via the Reward Shop, you directly enter into an agreement with the respective merchant. The CLIENT only provides the access and the technical platform for you to redeem rewards directly from the merchant. You agree and acknowledge that separate terms and conditions of the relevant merchant will apply to any reward redemptions via the Reward Shop. You agree to abide to such applicable terms and conditions, including but not limited to, rules and restrictions on availability, shipment and delivery terms, notification of defects, return and refund policies, money back guarantees and claim for damages. The CLIENT will not become a party to the transaction between you and the merchant. You should read the terms and conditions of the respective merchant on the Merchant Details tab as you will need to accept that merchant’s terms and conditions prior to redeeming any reward.

1.6 Use of the Reward Shop

You may only use the Reward Shop to make non-commercial, legitimate reservations or reward redemptions or benefit from other redemption types and shall not use the Site or the Reward Shop for any other purposes, including making any speculative, false or fraudulent reservations or reward redemptions. Rewards on the Reward Shop are subject to availability at the time you redeem your POINTS. By accessing and/or using the Reward Shop, you authorize the CLIENT to consider any person using your information a legitimate user. Rewards can be redeemed only by the MEMBER personally. MEMBERS/legal guardians must ensure that the login details are not used illegally. The CLIENT bears no responsibility for any consequences of illegal use of the personal details. The CLIENT reserves the right to refuse access to the Site in cases it deems constitute misuse.

1.7 Restriction on Use

The CLIENT will not be held responsible for the exclusion of MEMBERS who use the Reward Shop unlawfully.

3.1 Gift Cards

Through this redemption type, you can redeem POINTS for gift cards from select retailers.

3.1.1 Terms

To redeem this offer, you must redeem POINTS for select gift cards. Use of multiple addresses or P.O. Boxes to obtain additional rewards is fraud and may result in prosecution. Incomplete or illegible requests and invalid addresses as determined by the U.S. Postal Service will not be honored. Uploaded or mailed submissions must follow all Offer Rules and Terms and Conditions. The use of automated software or computer programs to redeem codes for or to participate in the program is prohibited and any individual who uses or attempts to use, or who The Parties suspect of using, such methods to redeem will be voided. The Parties reserve the rights to restrict registrations from any IP address and/or email address if suspicious activity is detected. The Parties reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant from this program or any other promotion conducted now or in the future by P&G or any of its affiliates if The Parties determine that he/she has tampered with the program process, attempted to circumvent the terms of these Offer Rules or his/her fraud or misconduct has affected the integrity or fair conduct of this program. The Parties reserve the right to correct clerical or typographical errors in promotional materials. Gift Card retailers are not sponsors of or affiliated with this offer.

3.2 Donations

Through this redemption type, you can redeem POINTS for gift cards from select retailers.

3.2.1 Terms

To redeem this offer, you must redeem POINTS to make donations to select charities. Use of multiple addresses or P.O. Boxes to obtain additional rewards is fraud and may result in prosecution. Incomplete or illegible requests and invalid addresses as determined by the U.S. Postal Service will not be honored. Uploaded or mailed submissions must follow all Offer Rules and Terms and Conditions. The use of automated software or computer programs to redeem codes for or to participate in the program is prohibited and any individual who uses or attempts to use, or who The Parties suspect of using, such methods.

4. Rewards

4.1 Terms

By accessing and/or playing Rewards games and specifically by clicking the "I AGREE" and similar buttons, you expressly indicate your acknowledgment and acceptance of the rules applicable to Rewards.

4.2 Participation

Rewards entry is free. You can participate in select actions to win POINTS including but not limited to questions on surveys, quizzes, polls, or single-questions requests; receipt uploads; birthday rewards; or account creation.

4.3 Prizes

Points won are subject to CLIENT’s rules.  Rewards won are subject to terms and conditions as set out on the SITE and these Reward Shop Terms & Conditions.

4.4 No Conversion of Prizes

Neither Rewards nor Points may be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by winner. The CLIENT reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a prize described is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by the CLIENT.

5. Reward Redemption

5.1 General

When purchasing rewards via the Reward Shop, you can pay for such rewards with POINTS.

5.2 POINTS Redemption

You may attain a reward for such amount of POINTS as indicated for each reward in the Reward Shop, provided that you have sufficient POINTS available on your account at the time of redemption. POINTS that are not yet accrued and credited to your account at the time you place your redemption request are not available for reward redemption. Should you not have sufficient POINTS available at your account at the time of redemption, or should you prefer to pay only part of the reward POINTS, you will not be eligible to receive the reward. POINTS are deducted from your account as soon as a reward is redeemed.

5.3 Reclaim of POINTS

Any rewards redeemed by you with POINTS that have not been properly debited to your account can be reclaimed by the CLIENT at any time without compensation.

6. Personal Information

6.1 Processing of Personal Information

We process personal information as required to operate the CLIENT PROGRAM NAME as explained in our CLIENT PROGRAM NAME Terms of Use and Privacy Notice.

6.2 Confidentiality of Credentials

Access to and use of password protected and/or secure areas of the Reward Shop is restricted to authorized persons only. Unauthorized individuals attempting to access these areas of the Reward Shop may be subject to prosecution. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, including your account and password, and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorized access to the Reward Shop. You agree to accept responsibility for all redemption and other activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the credentials are kept confidential and secure and should inform the CLIENT immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorized manner.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Contracting Party

When purchasing rewards through the Reward Shop, you enter into a purchase agreement with the relevant merchant of the product, and not the CLIENT. You expressly acknowledge and agree that merchants are independent contractors and not employees or agents of the CLIENT. The CLIENT is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties or negligence of the merchants. The CLIENT shall not be responsible for or liable to you in connection with any restrictions, qualifications, or other terms and conditions imposed by the merchant on any reward items. As far as permissible by applicable law, the CLIENT hereby disclaims any product or other liability, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, including without limitation liability for any direct, punitive, special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages, in connection with the rewards provided by any merchant through the Reward Shop, including without limitation liability for any act, error, omission, injury, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be incurred through the fault, negligent or otherwise, of such merchant and you hereby expressly exonerate the CLIENT from any liability with respect to the same. To the extent permitted by law, the CLIENT exclude all liability to you or other person of whatsoever nature in respect of any negligence, willful misconduct, poor service or other breach of obligation arising out of the provision or failure to provide the services by or on behalf of a merchant.

7.2 No Warranty

The CLIENT does not warrant or represent that the content on the Site or any website linked to the Site is complete or up-to-date. The CLIENT is under no obligation to update any content on the Site. The CLIENT may change the content on or make improvement or changes of the Site at any time without notice. The information, products, and descriptions of rewards and other services published on the Site or a linked site may include inaccuracies or typographical errors, and to the extent permitted by law, the CLIENT specifically disclaims any liability for such inaccuracies and errors. 

7.3 Limitation of Liability

You agree that the CLIENT and its affiliates and any of its respective officers, directors, employers, or agents will not be liable, whether in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, for any indirect, punitive, special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages (including without limitation lost profits, cost of procuring substitute service or lost opportunity) arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site or the Reward Shop, or with the delay or inability to use the Site or a linked site, even if they have been made aware of the possibility of such damages. This limitation on liability includes, but is not limited to, the transmission of any virus which may infect your equipment, failure of mechanical or electronic equipment or communication lines, telephone or other interconnect problems, unauthorized access, theft, operator errors, strike or other labor problems or any force majeure. The CLIENT cannot and does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to the Site or the Reward Shop.

7.4 Legal Remedies

The CLIENT reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for any misuse of the Site or the Reward Shop and/or violations of these rules, including the right to block access from a particular internet address and to exclude you from accessing the Reward Shop.

8. Subcontracting

You expressly acknowledge and agree that neither CLIENT or subcontracting partner, including but not limited to Aimia Inc. will have any liability to you to the maximum extent permitted by law, and, in particular, that the limitation of liability under Section 7 above will apply as between you and any of these parties to their benefit. Subcontracting parties are not a party to any contract with you and/or with a Merchant in relation with the Reward Shop.

9. Copyrights and Trademarks

The trademarks, logos and service marks (collectively "Marks") displayed on the Reward Shop are the property of the CLIENT or of the merchant or other third party, as the case may be. You are prohibited from using any Marks for any purpose including, but not limited to, the use as metatags on other pages or sites on the World Wide Web without the written permission of the CLIENT or such other party which may own the Marks. All information and content including any software programs available on or through the Site (collectively "Content") is protected by copyright. You are prohibited from modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, publishing, selling, licensing, creating derivative works or using any Content available on or through the Site for commercial or public purposes.

10. Updates to Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. Any changes will become effective upon our posting of the Terms and Conditions on the Site. We will provide notice to you if these changes are material and, where required by applicable law, we will obtain your consent. This notice will be provided by email or by posting notice of the changes on the Site.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ohio. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in Ohio in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this Site. As a consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in these terms and conditions, including reference to this governing clause, affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law. For every new P&G Good Everyday account created between March 23, 2020 and June 30, 2021, P&G will donate one period product to help girls in need, up to a maximum donation of 340,909 period products. To qualify, you must select “End Period Poverty” as your cause of choice.

For every receipt issued from a Participating Retailer see selected retailers below and uploaded to P&G Good Everyday between March 23, 2020 and June 30, 2021 and within 15 days of purchase, P&G will donate one period product to help girls in need, up to a maximum donation of 170,454 period products. To qualify, receipt must contain at least one P&G Product, and you must select “End Period Poverty” as your cause of choice. Limit three receipt uploads per day.

For every new P&G Good Everyday account created between May 15, 2020 and June 30, 2021, P&G will donate one meal provided through Feeding America’s network, up to a maximum donation of 200,000 meals. To qualify, you must select “Feeding America” as your cause of choice.

For every receipt issued from a Participating Retailer (see selected retailers below) and uploaded to P&G Good Everyday between May 15, 2020 and June 30, 2021 and within 15 days of purchase, P&G will donate one meal provided through Feeding America’s network, up to a maximum donation of 25,000 meals. To qualify, receipt must contain at least one P&G Product, and you must select “Feeding America” as your cause of choice. Limit three receipt uploads per day.

For every multi-question survey you complete on P&G Good Everyday between May 15, 2020 and June 30, 2021, P&G will donate one meal provided through Feeding America’s network, up to a maximum donation of 75,000 meals. To qualify, you must select “Feeding America” as your cause of choice.

For every 100-point redemption you complete on P&G Good Everyday between May 15, 2020 and June 30, 2021, P&G will donate 10 meals through Feeding America’s network, up to 2,000 meals. To qualify, you must select “Feeding America” as your cause of choice.

*Feeding America Meal Claim:

$1 helps provide at least 10 meals secured by Feeding America on behalf of local member food banks. Through P&G’s Good Everyday website, $0.10 (monetary equivalent of 1 meal) from an action on the website will be donated to Feeding America and member food banks. P&G guarantees a minimum donation of $4,500 (monetary equivalent of 45,000 meals) through June 2021.

For every new P&G Good Everyday account created between May 15, 2020 and June 30, 2021, P&G will donate the shipping of one personal protective equipment or disaster relief item, up to a maximum donation of shipping of 200,000 items. To qualify, you must select “Matthew 25: Ministries” as your cause of choice.

For very receipt issued from a Participating Retailer (see selected retailers below) and uploaded to P&G Good Everyday between May 15, 2020 and June 30, 2021 and within 15 days of purchase, P&G will donate the shipping of one personal protective equipment item or disaster relief item, up to a maximum donation of shipping of 25,000 items. Disclaimer - P&G Children's Safe Drinking Water

From March 1, 2020-June 30, 2020, P&G will provide one (1) day of clean drinking water to the global Children’s Safe Drinking Water Fund for every registration of a new account or first sign in with an existing account, up to a maximum donation of 75,000 days of water. One (1) day is equivalent to two (2) liters of water

From March 1, 2020-June 30, 2020, P&G will provide one (1) day of clean drinking water to the global Children’s Safe Drinking Water Fund for every receipt scanned and uploaded, up to a maximum donation of 275,000 days of water. One (1) day is equivalent to two (2) liters of water.

Receipt must be from a qualifying retailer — see Select Retailers below for complete list. Receipt must be scanned and uploaded within 15 days of purchase. Limit three (3) uploads per day.

Disclaimer – Safeguard America

For every new P&G Good Everyday account created between May 15, 2020 and June 30, 2021, P&G will donate one use of hand sanitizer for a front-line worker, provided through Matthew 25: Ministries’s network, up to a maximum donation of 400,000 uses. To qualify, you must select “Safeguard America” as your cause of choice.

For every receipt issued from a Participating Retailer (see selected retailers below) and uploaded to P&G Good Everyday between May 15, 2020 and June 30, 2021 and within 15 days of purchase, P&G will one use of hand sanitizer for a front-line worker, provided through Matthew 25: Ministries’s network, up to a maximum donation of 50,000 uses. To qualify, receipt must contain at least one P&G Product, and you must select “Safeguard America” as your cause of choice. Limit three receipt uploads per day.

For every multi-question survey you complete on P&G Good Everyday between May 15, 2020 and June 30, 2021, P&G will donate one use of hand sanitizer for a front-line worker, provided through Matthew 25: Ministries’s network, up to a maximum donation of 150,000 uses. To qualify, you must select “Safeguard America” as your cause of choice.

Disclaimer - Tide Loads of Hope

For every new P&G Good Everyday account created between March 23, 2020 and June 30, 2021, P&G will donate detergent for one day of clean clothes for a person in need, up to a maximum donation of 288,461 days of detergent. To qualify, you must select “Tide Loads of Hope” as your cause of choice.

For every receipt issued from a Participating Retailer see selected retailers below and uploaded to P&G Good Everyday between March 23, 2020 and June 30, 2021 and within 15 days of purchase, P&G will donate detergent for one day of clean clothes for a person in need, up to a maximum donation of the detergent needed to provide 144,230 days of clean clothes. To qualify, receipt must contain at least one P&G Product, and you must select “Tide Loads of Hope” as your cause of choice. Limit three receipt uploads per day.

For every multi-question survey you complete on P&G Good Everyday between March 23, 2020 and June 30, 2021, P&G will donate detergent for one day of clean clothes for a person in need, up to a maximum donation of the detergent needed to provide 144,230 days of clean clothes. To qualify, you must select “Tide Loads of Hope” as your cause of choice.

Disclaimer – United Way

For every new P&G Good Everyday account created between June 24, 2020 and June 30, 2021, P&G will donate one educational packet, up to a maximum donation of 113,333 educational packets. To qualify, you must select “United Way” as your cause of choice.

For every receipt issued from a Participating Retailer (see selected retailers below) and uploaded to P&G Good Everyday between June 24, 2020 and June 30, 2021 and within 15 days of purchase, P&G will donate one educational packet up to a maximum donation of 16,666 educational packets. To qualify, receipt must contain at least one P&G Product, and you must select “United Way” as your cause of choice. Limit three receipt uploads per day.

For every multi-question survey you complete on P&G Good Everyday between June 24, 2020 and June 30, 2021, P&G will donate one meal provided through Feeding America’s network, up to a maximum donation of 23,333 educational packets. To qualify, you must select “Feeding America” as your cause of choice.

For every 100-point “Wifi” redemption you complete on P&G Good Everyday between June 24, 2020 and June 30, 2021, P&G will donate to United Way to keep wifi available for 24 hours for a family in need, up to 12,121 days of wifi. To qualify, you must select “United Way” as your cause of choice.

For every 100-point redemption you complete on P&G Good Everyday between June 24, 2020 and June 30, 2021, P&G will donate the amount needed to fund one toll free call to United Way 2-1-1, up to 4,000 calls. To qualify, you must select “United Way” as your cause of choice.
