1. Access to the P&G Good Everyday REWARD SHOP

1.1 P&G Good Everyday REWARD SHOP

The P&G Good Everyday REWARD SHOP (“REWARD SHOP”) is part of the reward program of The Procter & Gamble Company, One Procter & Gamble Plaza, Cincinnati, Ohio, United States of America, 45202 and its affiliates (hereby referred as “CLIENT”). The use of the REWARD SHOP is exclusively for eligible P&G Good Everyday members (“MEMBER” or “MEMBERS”) who are at least the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at time of enrollment and who can enter into legally binding agreements. The terms and conditions relating to the use of the REWARD SHOP are set out below and exist in conjunction with the P&G Good Everyday Offer Terms of Use. Corporations or other entities or organizations of any kind are not eligible for the REWARD SHOP.

1.2 Registration

To become a member of P&G Good Everyday and have access to the REWARD SHOP, you must login into www.pggoodeveryday.com (for US residents) or www.pggoodeveryday.ca (for Canadian residents) (“SITE”) with internet access and enter their first name, last name and email address. While registering, in addition to providing the required information, you must also accept these Terms and Conditions. Once you have done so, registration is complete. Only the individual named as the primary account holder will be registered as a MEMBER who can accrue P&G Good Everyday Reward Points (“POINT” or “POINTS”) and will be entitled to access the REWARD SHOP. Limit one (1) account per MEMBER.

1.3 Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By accessing the REWARD SHOP or making transactions through the SITE, specifically by clicking the "I AGREE", “REGISTER”, and/or similar buttons, you expressly indicate your acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions for use of the REWARD SHOP, applicable Offer terms and conditions, and the REWARD SHOP Privacy & Cookies Policy. Offer terms and conditions outline the rules for engagement on Donations, Contests, Sweepstakes and other offers found here.

1.4 Acceptance of Electronic Communication

By registering to the SITE, you provide your express consent to receive electronic communications, including promotional emails and redemption confirmation emails, and you agree that such electronic communications satisfy any legal requirements.

You can unsubscribe from promotion emails by clicking on the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of the electronic email communications. Unsubscribing from promotion emails does not affect your account status or POINTS.

You can delete your PGGE account at any time by selecting the opt out option on the “My Account” page (https://pggoodeveryday.com/my-account/). Once you delete your account you will forfeit all POINTS, and not be able to redeem or reinstate any POINTS.

1.5 Redemption Types & Rewards

You can redeem POINTS in accordance with the following redemption types: Gift Cards, Cause Donations, and Experiences (“REWARDS” or “REWARD”).

1.6 Relationship between You and the Merchant

The REWARDS consist of any goods or services redeemed by you and distributed by independent merchants who make such REWARDS directly available to you via the REWARD SHOP.

Every time you redeem a merchant reward via the REWARD SHOP, you directly enter into an agreement with the respective merchant. The CLIENT only provides the access and the technical platform for you to redeem rewards directly from the merchant. You agree and acknowledge that the REWARD SHOP terms and conditions and the separate terms and conditions of the relevant merchant will apply to any REWARD redemptions you make via the REWARD SHOP. You agree to abide by such applicable terms and conditions, including but not limited to, rules and restrictions on availability, shipment and delivery terms, notification of defects, return and refund policies, money back guarantees and claim for damages. The CLIENT will not become a party to the transaction between you and the merchant. You must read and accept a merchant’s terms and conditions prior to redeeming any REWARD with that merchant.

1.7 Use of the REWARD SHOP

You may only use the REWARD SHOP to make non-commercial, legitimate reservations or REWARD redemptions, or to benefit from other redemption types. You shall not use the SITE or the REWARD SHOP for any other purpose, including to make any speculative, false, or fraudulent reservations or REWARD redemptions. REWARDS listed in the REWARD SHOP are subject to availability at the time you redeem your POINTS. By accessing and/or using the REWARD SHOP, you authorize the CLIENT to consider any person using your information a legitimate user. REWARDS can be redeemed only by the MEMBER personally. MEMBERS must ensure that their login details are not used illegally and accept all responsibility to do so. The CLIENT bears no responsibility for any consequences of illegal use of a MEMBER’s personal login details. The CLIENT reserves the right to refuse access to the SITE in cases it determines to constitute misuse.

CLIENT reserves the right to invalidate POINTS from a MEMBER’s account, with notice, if it determines, in its sole discretion, that such POINTS were improperly credited to such MEMBER account, or were obtained fraudulently, or are otherwise in violation of these Terms and Conditions. CLIENT reserves the right to require proof of accrual of POINTS and reserves the right to delay the processing or redemption of any REWARDS without notice, in order to assure compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

1.8 Restriction on Use

The CLIENT can exclude MEMBERS who use the REWARD SHOP unlawfully.

3. Gift Cards

Through this redemption type, you can redeem POINTS for gift cards from select retailers as posted on the SITE.

3.1 Terms

To redeem a gift card offer, you must redeem POINTS for select gift cards. Gift cards will be mailed or sent via email as applicable, to the address provided by the MEMBER on the SITE. Use of multiple addresses or P.O. Boxes to obtain additional REWARDS is fraud and may result in prosecution. Incomplete or illegible requests and invalid addresses as determined by the postal service will not be honored. Terms of gift card apply, including any applicable fees or expiry. No cash or POINTS will be exchanged for the unused portion of any gift card. Once POINTS have been redeemed for a REWARD, they are no longer valid for any subsequent redemption and they may not be returned or reinstated to MEMBER’s account for any reason.

CLIENT is not responsible for lost or stolen rewards. Uploaded POINTS must follow the Offer Terms and Conditions. The use of automated software or computer programs to redeem POINTS or to otherwise participate in the program is prohibited. Any individual who uses or attempts to use, or who the CLIENT and/or any merchant (“PARTIES”) suspects of using, such methods to redeem, will have their account voided. The PARTIES reserve the rights to restrict registrations from any IP address and/or email address, if suspicious activity is detected. The PARTIES reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any participant from this program or any other promotion conducted now or in the future by CLIENT or any of its affiliates if the Parties determine that such individual has tampered with the program process, attempted to circumvent the terms of these Offers, or has committed fraud or misconduct that has affected the integrity or fairness of this program. The PARTIES reserve the right to correct clerical or typographical errors in promotional materials. Gift Card merchants are not sponsors of, nor are they affiliated with, this offer.

3.2 Donations

Through this redemption type, you can redeem POINTS to make a donation to select charities as posted on the SITE. Terms and Conditions of the donation programs apply.

3.2.1 Terms

To redeem a donation offer, you must redeem POINTS to make donations to select charities. Uploaded POINTS must follow the Offer Terms and Conditions. Donations do not qualify for a tax receipt. The use of automated software or computer programs to redeem POINTS or to otherwise participate in the program is prohibited. Any individual who uses or attempts to use, or who the PARTIES suspect of using, such methods to redeem, will have their account voided.

4. All REWARDS

4.1 Terms

By registering and accessing the REWARD SHOP and specifically by clicking the "I AGREE", “REGISTER”, and/or similar buttons, you expressly indicate your acknowledgment and acceptance of the rules applicable to REWARDS.

4.2 Participation

Access to REWARDS is free, but in order to gain such access, you must be a registered and active MEMBER, in good standing, on the SITE. You can participate in select actions to gain or redeem POINTS including, but not limited to, participating in surveys, quizzes, polls, single-questions requests, receipt uploads, birthday rewards, and account creation.

4.3 POINTS

POINTS are subject to CLIENT’s terms and conditions applicable to the activity as set out on the SITE and these REWARD SHOP terms and conditions. POINTS have no cash value and are not exchangeable for cash.

The POINTS structure is subject to modification or limitation at any time, with or without notice, in CLIENT’s sole discretion, including, without limitation, the right to establish additional means of accruing POINTS, the right to modify and delete any or all of the recognized means of accruing POINTS existing at any given time, the right to change the REWARDS available (including the value and types of REWARDS, and the REWARDS redemption terms), and the right to exclude specific types of transactions from REWARD eligibility. POINTS can only be awarded for consumer, non-commercial activity.

4.4 No Conversion of REWARDS or POINTS

Neither REWARDS nor POINTS may be assigned, transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted. The CLIENT reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute REWARD of equal or greater value if the REWARD described is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. No substitution or transfer of a REWARD is permitted except by the CLIENT.

4.5 POINTS Expiration

POINTS will be deemed inactive if CLIENT has not redeemed any POINTS for one (1) year. If POINTS are deemed inactive, PGGE will provide notice to CLIENT of such inactivity and the date in which the expiration of POINTS will occur. CLIENT will have thirty (30) days to reactive POINTS by making a REWARD redemption. POINTS will be forfeited if inactivity remains after the thirty (30) day notice.

5. REWARD Redemption

5.1 General

When redeeming REWARDS via the REWARD SHOP, you can exchange such rewards for POINTS. POINTS have no monetary value.

5.2 POINTS Redemption

You may obtain a REWARD for the amount of POINTS that is indicated for each REWARD in the REWARD SHOP. You must have the total required number of POINTS available on your account for the REWARD at the time of redemption. POINTS that are not yet accrued and credited to your account at the time you place your redemption request are not available for REWARD redemption. POINTS are deducted from your account as soon as the full amount of required POINTS for the REWARD is redeemed.

5.3 Reclaim of POINTS

Any REWARDS redeemed by you with POINTS that have not been properly debited to your account can be reclaimed from the CLIENT within six (6) months of redemption notification without compensation by contacting Customer Service as described in Section 2. Proof of redemption required. POINTS will not be reinstated for accounts deemed to be inactive as described in Section 4.5 or the account has been deleted.

6. Personal Information

6.1 Processing of Personal Information

CLIENT processes personal information as required to operate the REWARD SHOP as explained in these Terms and Conditions and CLIENT’s Privacy Policy. Merchant’s privacy policy will also apply with respect to REWARD items of that merchant.

6.2 Confidentiality of Credentials

Access to and use of password protected and/or secure areas of the REWARD SHOP is restricted to authorized persons only. Unauthorized individuals attempting to access these areas of the REWARD SHOP may be subject to prosecution. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, including your account and password, and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorized access to the REWARD SHOP. You agree to accept responsibility for all redemption and other activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the credentials are kept confidential and secure and should inform CLIENT’s Customer Service team, as described in Section 2, immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorized manner. CLIENT may suspend or terminate any account if CLIENT suspects, in its sole discretion, that any MEMBER or other person has engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the REWARD SHOP.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Contracting Party

When purchasing rewards through the REWARD SHOP, you enter into a purchase agreement with the relevant merchant of the product, and not the CLIENT. You expressly acknowledge and agree that merchants are independent contractors and are not employees or agents of the CLIENT. The CLIENT is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties or negligence of the merchants. The CLIENT shall not be responsible for or liable to you in connection with any restrictions, qualifications, or other terms and conditions imposed by the merchant on any REWARD. As far as permissible by applicable law, the CLIENT hereby disclaims any product or other liability, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, including without limitation liability for any direct, punitive, special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages, in connection with the REWARDS provided by any merchant through the REWARD SHOP, including without limitation liability for any act, error, omission, injury, loss, accident, death, delay, or irregularity which may be incurred through the fault, negligent or otherwise, of such merchant and you hereby expressly exonerate the CLIENT from any liability with respect to the same. To the extent permitted by law, the CLIENT excludes all liability to you or other person of whatsoever nature in respect of any negligence, willful misconduct, poor service or other breach of obligation arising out of the provision or failure to provide the services by or on behalf of a merchant.

7.2 No Warranty

The CLIENT does not warrant or represent that the content on any merchant’s website or any website linked from or to the SITE is complete or up-to-date. The CLIENT is under no obligation to update any content on any merchant’s website. The CLIENT may change the content on, or make improvements or changes to, the SITE at any time without notice. The information, products, and descriptions of REWARDS and other services published on the SITE or a linked website may include inaccuracies or typographical errors, and to the extent permitted by law, the CLIENT specifically disclaims any liability for such inaccuracies and errors.

7.3 Limitation of Liability

You agree that the CLIENT and its affiliates and any of its respective officers, directors, employees, or agents will not be liable, whether in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, for any indirect, punitive, special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages (including without limitation lost profits, cost of procuring substitute service or lost opportunity) arising out of or in connection with the use of the SITE or the REWARD SHOP, or with any delay or inability to use the SITE or a linked website, even if they have been made aware of the possibility of such damages. This limitation on liability includes, but is not limited to, the transmission of any virus which may infect your equipment, failure of mechanical or electronic equipment or communication lines, telephone or other interconnectivity problems, unauthorized access, theft, operator errors, strike or other labor problems or any force majeure. The CLIENT cannot and does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to the SITE or the REWARD SHOP.

7.4 Legal Remedies

The CLIENT reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for any misuse of the SITE or the REWARD SHOP and/or violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access from a particular internet address and to exclude you from accessing the REWARD SHOP.

8. Subcontracting

You expressly acknowledge and agree that neither CLIENT nor any of CLIENT’s subcontracting partners will have any liability to you to the maximum extent permitted by law, and, in particular, that the limitation of liability under Section 7 above will apply as between you and any of these parties to their benefit. The CLIENT’s subcontracting partners are not a party to any contract with you and/or with a merchant in relation to the REWARD SHOP.

9. Copyrights and Trademarks

The trademarks, logos, and service marks (collectively "MARKS") displayed on the REWARD SHOP are the property of the CLIENT or of the merchant or other third party, as the case may be. You are prohibited from using any MARKS for any purpose including, but not limited to, the use as metatags on other pages or sites on the World Wide Web without the written permission of the CLIENT or such other party which may own the MARKS. All information and content including any software programs available on or through the SITE (collectively "CONTENT") is protected by copyright. You are prohibited from modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, publishing, selling, licensing, creating derivative works or using any CONTENT available on or through the SITE for commercial or public purposes.

10. Updates to Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time, at the sole discretion of the CLIENT. Any changes will become effective upon our posting of the revised Terms and Conditions on the SITE. We will provide notice to you if these changes are material and, where required by applicable law, we will obtain your consent. This notice will be provided by email and/or by posting notice of the changes on the SITE.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ohio. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in Ohio in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this SITE. As a consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions, including reference to this governing clause, affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law. For every new P&G Good Everyday account created between May 15, 2021 and June 30, 2022, P&G will fund one phone call to an elder in the LGBTQ+ community in need of connection, up to 150,000 phone calls. To qualify, you must select “Can’t Cancel Pride” as your cause of choice.

For every receipt issued from a Participating Retailer see selected retailers below and uploaded to P&G Good Everyday between May 15, 2021 and June 30, 2022 and within 15 days of purchase, P&G will fund one phone call to an elder in the LGBTQ+ community in need of connection, up to 25,000 phone calls. To qualify, receipt must contain at least one P&G Product, and you must select “Can’t Cancel Pride” as your cause of choice. Limit five receipt uploads per week.

For every multi-question survey you complete on P&G Good Everyday between May 15, 2021 and June 30, 2022, P&G will fund one phone call to an elder in the LGBTQ+ community in need of connection, up to 80,000 phone calls. To qualify, you must select “Can’t Cancel Pride” as your cause of choice.

For every 100-point redemption you complete on P&G Good Everyday between May 15, 2021 and June 30, 2022, P&G will fund reaching 100 people with an LGBTQ+ news story to raise awareness and drive acceptance, up to a maximum donation of reaching 450,000 people.

For every 100-point redemption you complete on P&G Good Everyday between May 15, 2021 and June 30, 2022, P&G will donate ten (10) meals to the LGBTQ+ community through the COVID-19 Global LGBTIQ Emergency Fund, up to a maximum donation of 37,500 meals.

Disclaimer – Take On Race

For every new P&G Good Everyday account created between July 21, 2020 and June 30, 2021, P&G will donate one conversation and meaningful change through Take On Race Fund, up to a maximum donation of 100,000 conversations. To qualify, you must select “Take On Race” as your cause of choice.

For every receipt issued from a Participating Retailer see selected retailers below and uploaded to P&G Good Everyday between July 21, 2020 and June 30, 2021 and within 15 days of purchase, P&G will donate one conversation for meaningful change, up to a maximum donation of 50,000 conversations. To qualify, receipt must contain at least one P&G Product, and you must select “Take On Race” as your cause of choice. Limit five receipt uploads per week.

For every multi-question survey you complete on P&G Good Everyday between July 21, 2020 and June 30, 2021, P&G will donate funds for one conversation, up to a maximum donation of 100,000 conversations. To qualify, you must select “Take On Race” as your cause of choice.

For every new P&G Good Everyday account created between March 23, 2020 and June 30, 2021, P&G will donate one period product to help girls in need, up to a maximum donation of 340,909 period products. To qualify, you must select “End Period Poverty” as your cause of choice.

For every receipt issued from a Participating Retailer see selected retailers below and uploaded to P&G Good Everyday between March 23, 2020 and June 30, 2021 and within 15 days of purchase, P&G will donate one period product to help girls in need, up to a maximum donation of 170,454 period products. To qualify, receipt must contain at least one P&G Product, and you must select “End Period Poverty” as your cause of choice. Limit five receipt uploads per week.

For every multi-question survey you complete on P&G Good Everyday between March 23, 2020 and June 30, 2021, P&G will donate one period product to help girls in need, up to a maximum donation of 170,454 period products. To qualify, you must select “End Period Poverty” as your cause of choice.

For every 100-point redemption you complete on P&G Good Everyday between July 21, 2020 and June 30, 2021, P&G will donate one month of period products to a girl in need, the equivalent of 12 pads, up to 3,787 months of period protection provided.

Disclaimer – Covid-19 – Feeding America

For every new P&G Good Everyday account created between May 15, 2020 and June 30, 2021, P&G will donate one meal provided through Feeding America’s network, up to a maximum donation of 200,000 meals. To qualify, you must select “Feeding America” as your cause of choice.

For every receipt issued from a Participating Retailer (see selected retailers below) and uploaded to P&G Good Everyday between May 15, 2020 and June 30, 2021 and within 15 days of purchase, P&G will donate one meal provided through Feeding America’s network, up to a maximum donation of 25,000 meals. To qualify, receipt must contain at least one P&G Product, and you must select “Feeding America” as your cause of choice. Limit five receipt uploads per week.

For every multi-question survey you complete on P&G Good Everyday between May 15, 2020 and June 30, 2021, P&G will donate one meal provided through Feeding America’s network, up to a maximum donation of 75,000 meals. To qualify, you must select “Feeding America” as your cause of choice.

For every 100-point redemption you complete on P&G Good Everyday between May 15, 2020 and June 30, 2021, P&G will donate 10 meals through Feeding America’s network, up to 2,000 meals. To qualify, you must select “Feeding America” as your cause of choice.

*Feeding America Meal Claim:

$1 helps provide at least 10 meals secured by Feeding America on behalf of local member food banks. Through P&G’s Good Everyday website, $0.10 (monetary equivalent of 1 meal) from an action on the website will be donated to Feeding America and member food banks. P&G guarantees a minimum donation of $4,500 (monetary equivalent of 45,000 meals) through June 2021.

Disclaimer – Hispanic Star

For every new P&G Good Everyday account created between August 26, 2020 and June 30, 2021, P&G will donate the cost equivalent to shipping of a family pack to a Hispanic family, up to a maximum donation of 125,000 family packs shipped. To qualify, you must select “Hispanic Star” as your cause of choice.

For very receipt issued from a Participating Retailer (see selected retailers below) and uploaded to P&G Good Everyday between August 26, 2020 and June 30, 2021 and within 15 days of purchase, P&G will donate the cost equivalent to shipping of a family pack to a Hispanic family, up to a maximum donation of 62,500 family packs shipped. To qualify, receipt must contain at least one P&G Product, and you must select “Hispanic Star” as your cause of choice. Limit five receipt uploads per week.

For every multi-question survey you complete on P&G Good Everyday between August 26, 2020 and June 30, 2021, P&G will donate the cost equivalent to shipping of a family pack to a Hispanic family, up to a maximum donation of 62,500 family packs shipped. To qualify, you must select “Hispanic Star” as your cause of choice.

For every new P&G Good Everyday account created between May 15, 2020 and June 30, 2021, P&G will donate the shipping of one personal protective equipment or disaster relief item, up to a maximum donation of shipping of 200,000 items. To qualify, you must select “Matthew 25: Ministries” as your cause of choice.

For very receipt issued from a Participating Retailer (see selected retailers below) and uploaded to P&G Good Everyday between May 15, 2020 and June 30, 2021 and within 15 days of purchase, P&G will donate the shipping of one personal protective equipment item or disaster relief item, up to a maximum donation of shipping of 25,000 items. To qualify, receipt must contain at least one P&G Product, and you must select “Matthew 25: Ministries” as your cause of choice. Limit five receipt uploads per week.

To qualify, you must select “Dawn Saves Wildlife – International Bird Rescue” as your cause of choice.

For every receipt issued from a Participating Retailer (see selected retailers below) and uploaded to P&G Good Everyday between May 15, 2020 and June 30, 2021 and within 15 days of purchase, P&G will donate Dawn Dish Soap for the first bath of an oil-covered bird, up to a maximum donation of 35,714 uses of dish soap. To qualify, receipt must contain at least one P&G Product, and you must select “Dawn Helps Save Wildlife – International Bird Rescue” as your cause of choice. Limit five receipt uploads per week.

For every new P&G Good Everyday account created between May 15, 2020 and June 30, 2021, P&G will donate one dose of medicine for a sick sea lion pup, up to a maximum 285,714 doses of medicine. To qualify, you must select “Dawn Saves Wildlife – Marine Mammal Center” as your cause of choice.

For every receipt issued from a Participating Retailer (see selected retailers below) and uploaded to P&G Good Everyday between May 15, 2020 and June 30, 2021 and within 15 days of purchase, P&G will donate one dose of medicine for a sick sea lion pup, up to a maximum 35,714 doses of medicine. To qualify, receipt must contain at least one P&G Product, and you must select “Dawn Helps Save Wildlife – Marine Mammal Center” as your cause of choice. Limit five receipt uploads per week.
