P&G is a founding partner of Hispanic Star, a platform created to unify, drive advancement and celebrate achievements in the Hispanic community. Hispanics in the U.S. are quintessential Americans and critical contributors to the future of the United States, representing over 50% of projected population growth.
During COVID-19, Hispanic Star has leveraged its 25 local hubs across the country to become a leading force in Hispanic-focused relief efforts. P&G's support is helping Hispanic Star extend further and provide immediate help to more and more families in need.

- Studies expect that percentage to grow to 29% over the next 40 years.
- Over 80% of working Hispanic adults provide essential services for the U.S. economy.
- Latinos represent the fastest growing small business segment, growing six times faster than any other group in the United States.
- Hispanic-owned businesses are contributing more than $700 billion in sales to the economy annually.
It’s clear the Hispanic community makes a tremendous positive impact. However, despite these contributions, 82% of U.S. Hispanics believe they are undervalued today. Hispanic Star’s mission is to focus on Hispanic support, empowerment and advancement. The need to ensure the members of this community are equipped to achieve their full potential is more important than ever. When you help Hispanics, you help America.
Providing support for families in need
Latinos are being disproportionately affected by COVID-19, and Hispanic Star is working to provide support for families in need. As a leader among Hispanic Star’s partners, P&G pledged to donate personal protective equipment and critical products to Hispanic essential workers and families in need.
Hispanic Star Hubs have been set up in major cities across the country to activate community members to take action. Hub cities include Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Miami, New Jersey, NYC, Philadelphia and Washington, D.C. Local hub activations have distributed personal care kits of essential products to those in need and donated meals to front-line workers.
Coming together to make an impact
P&G Good Everyday is joining forces with Hispanic Star to make it easy to support Hispanic families in need, and the Hispanic community as a whole. Each time you scan a receipt or take a survey, P&G will ship a Hispanic Star Family Support Pack, featuring critical home and personal care items, to a Latino family in need.
